Victor was born and raised in Mexico, while Annette’s roots are in the country of Chile. They were both educated and trained here in the USA before initiating their ministry in Mexico City. Victor and Annette are working with the Regional Baptist Convention of Mexico City, teaching at a newly created satellite extension of the Mexican Baptist Theological Seminary in order to reach pastors, leaders and believers in the area. In addition to the work with the seminary extension Annette, who is a certified counselor, provides counseling services within the convention.
